One of our greatest president in the history of our great country. Our 16th president has done so much for the African American community in a time where it proved to be difficult to achieve our goals. We were in bondage and were forced to labor for the benefit of others. However, Lincoln paved the way for the movement that led to our freedom and our ability to elect the first African American president.
I know why Barack Obama admires Lincoln as much as he did and I hope everyone can take example in his leadership and success.
